Along with that one also has to take a certain amount of supplements with breakfast and lunch. Perricone suggests a minimum of 25 supplements and would prefer using the line of products which is his own. Now, the next important thing in this method is the use of products for skin care. He recommends skin care products like toners, lip plumpers, lotions, cleansers, and moisturizers. Then one is also required to exercise everyday at least for 20 – 30 minutes.
According to Perricone, one has to rely on their glycemic index to choose their respective foods. This is because it has been scientifically proven that a high glycemic level in your body will lead to swelling thought one’s body.
