Gotti diet is a weight loss program book, authored by Frank Gotti, who was born on 12th April 1990. This book was directed at teenagers, this book also contains details of struggle with weight loss before filming ‘Growing Up Gotti’.
Frank was weighing 255 pounds before when he found this weight loss program which also proved beneficial to him. Frank then wrote about this program and views to help others in reducing weight.
Gotti diet plan does not contain any severe meal plans, rather it contains various proposals which will limit some foods and guide some exercise plans. This diet plan is subjected to seven weight loss programs. The diet plan contains all the steps on how to cover all the exercises. The plan also directs one to control their eating habits, from home made food to outdoor cooked food.
There are lots of tips on how to manage the food choices. As Gotti himself was obese, this obesity could have brought risk to him so he started a weight loss program which affected him positively, and he wrote this book. As everyone knows how important it has become to keep oneself healthy and fit this book will surely help those troubled teenagers and others battling with obesity.
There are several steps in Gotti diet which have to be followed, they are:
1. Frank asked everyone whoever was reading his book to feel motivated and feel superior about one. Coming from a teenager’s mouth is something unusual but at the same time it was true.
2. The book says, users must ask for help from their family members and friends. They will lend a hand in better caring of one. As they spend lot of time with the person.
3. The book asks its users to go slowly and not quick. The journey towards shedding weight should be smooth and not rigorous. As this weight loss program takes one’s time, proper attention must be given towards the program.
4. Gotti diet tells the proper way to eat food and how the mineral containing food has to be eaten in a proper manner. What should be one’s daily eating system which should contain a proper percentage of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. One must maintain a record of the food they eat as this will contain the eating habits of a person.
5. This book also makes one stick on to eating the right food. This diet will help people in developing choices of food. The book also contains tips which help people cut their fat diet by lying to the server.
6. Gotti asks their readers to exercise for weight loss and do all those exercises from the heart.
7. Cardiovascular exercises will be great along with little weight lifting exercises depending from person to person.
The diet book contains an added factor on how to cook food and other essential tips before eating food, such as washing hands and many more. This diet has proved to be beneficial for teenagers. This diet appeals to the teenagers has brought many teens to look after their health and take care of their future health problems.
