About Bowflex
Bowflex is a home exercise machine that gained popularity through a series of TV commercials. It’s biggest claim is that it’s unique system can even be used in outer space as it has a gravity independent form of resistance. It combines different types of workout into one system which appeals to home gym users as it doesn’t take up too much space.
Their newest version is the Bowflex Revolution which improves on many features on the older models. Some major updates to the Bowflex Revolution are:
- Older models max weight of 210lbs but the Revolution comes with the option to go all the way to 300lbs.
- Adjustable arms that have 10 locked positions. An improvement over the pulley system of the older models.
- Power-Rod technology has been replaced with the SpiraFlex system.
- Incase of resistance failure, the new system protects the user
- More smoother and quieter than the older models
