Jessica Simpson's Diet and Exercise Game Plan
Jessica Simpson needed to get into shape as Daisy Duke in the hit movie Dukes of Hazard so she did the old fashioned way....well, the old fashioned Hollywood way that is. She hired a personal trainer and worked out every day at the gym. Her personal trainer not only worked her at the gym but also sat down with her for each meal she ate ensuring that the diet plan would stay on course and that Jessica Simpson would hit her goal weight.
According to several Hollywood insiders commenting on Jessica Simpson's diet program, her personal trainer "lived in a house with Simpson during the three months she was in Baton Rouge last fall shooting Dukes. He ate every meal with her so he could tell her what to order," says the personal trainer, who encouraged Simpson to eat grilled chicken, seared fish, broccoli and asparagus. She avoided bread baskets brought to the table and declined extra sugar for her iced tea.
The exercise component of the weight loss program consisted of daily workouts whereby Jessica did one hour of weights and 30 minutes of cardio. The main strengthening exercises were lunges and squats while cardio involved a mixture of cycling, jogging, and aerobics.
Can you do this diet without a personal trainer? Read on and see if this diet plan will work for you or if other diet programs such as Hoodia or the Medifast diet is better weight loss option for you.
Of course this type of weight loss program is achievable. While not everyone has a mentor to guide them through every meal, this kind of workout routine and diet is perfectly do-able. Squats have to be one of the biggest metabolism-boosting exercises there are.
