Excercise is a important part of losing weight and is often overlook for men's fitness.
Fitness is important aspect of maintaining a healthy look and body. Today's article will focus on not why working out is important (as many of you know already) but what happens after you workout for awhile and the results start to decline? Fortunately there is an easy and simple solution to this.
1. Change Your Reps
Normally most people do 3 sets of 10. To vary up your workout, you can change your rep. Try doing 5 sets of 6 reps and see how your body reacts to the sudden change.
2. Rest
Another way to change up your workout is just to rest. Usually the more you workout, the more rest you need to allow your body to recover.
3. Speed Isn't Everything!
Most people tend to speed through the workout. They try to pump as much iron as possible but that doesn't utilize and stimulate your muscles to the max. Try to slow down your workout and remember to follow through completely on each rep.
4. Change It Up!
You go to the gym and go through your workout routine. Soon it becomes 2nd nature and you just go through the motions. Change up your workout! Instead of doing the same excercise for one muscle group, swap it out for something similar. Your body will wake up from the sudden change and you'll see some improvements.
Remember also that nutrition also plays an important part so watch what you eat.
