Exercise Equipment
There are many different types of exercise equipments you can choose from. You can use regular weights to elaborate workout systems. Here are some of the more popular exercise equipments.

Treadmills
Treadmills are a great way to lose weight and get in shape. You see most treadmills at your local gym but lately as costs have gone down on treadmills, they are beginning to turn up in homes. New models make them easier to store for home use.
Elliptical
Elliptical machines are as common as treadmills at gyms. Most people prefer this machine over a treadmill as it's easier on the joints and provides a wider range of motion. With ellipticals you can run forward or backwards easily to give yourself a complete workout.
Home Gym Systems
Those who have the space might want to look at a home gym system. Similar to the ones you find at the gym, these "all-in-ones" type systems allow you to work different areas of your body with a single unit. It takes up less space and can pay itself back from the gym membership fees you won't need.
Weights
Weights are the most common use to build muscle and lose weight. You have your choice of the standard metal weights to weights that use "resistance-bands" to give you the same type of workout but without the heavy weights. You have your choice of barbells/dumbells to bench-pressing and more.
Bikes
Exercise bikes are another way to lose weight. You ride it like a regular bicycle but can adjust the difficulty to give yourself a nice workout. Stationary bikes are inexpensive and do not take up much room.
Rowers
Rowers are a less common exercise equipment. Found mainly in gyms, it's often overlook as a workout equipment. Rowers can provide a full upper body workout with one single machine.
Steppers
Don't have stairs to climb? Look to a stepper as an alternative. It acts like you're walking up a flight of stairs and gives you a complete lower body workout. Inexpensive and compact it's an effective exercise equipment.
