3) Slow down your thinking: Dr. Phil says that you have to decelerate the process of gaining weight. Slowly think and listen what your thoughts say and then try to pen it down.

4) Challenge yourself: The program of Dr. Phil also suggests you to change your mind. You have to change your beliefs and attitude. 5) Seek closure: Dr. Phil says do not get angry or damage anything or do not hate any one or take vengeance on any one, which only leads you to many problems. You cannot change other people, but at least you can change the way you respond to them. Never take revenge.

6) Forgive: forgiving is a little tough but it is not an impossible task. As per Dr. Phil's book forgiveness should be a part of your life. It makes you free from anger or emotional upsets which tend to make you eat more food.

7) Manage without food: Dr. Phil's book suggests you to do yoga, meditation and exercise. He also says you could do with listening to music as it will give you the natural motivation to become thin. If you follow the rules and tips of Dr.Phils you will surely get a good result.
