How It Works?
The Blood Type Diet is a way of eating and living based on your specific blood type. Different blood types respond differently to various foods, so the program helps you follow a diet plan that is specific to your body. To follow this diet, foods are divided into "highly beneficial", "neutral" or "avoid" according to each of the 4 blood types.
Example - Four Blood Types
1. Type O - diet in rich protein, eliminate grains, perform aerobic exercise.
2. Type A - grain-based, low-fat, vegetarian diet; mild exercise and meditation
3. Type B - vary diet with diversity of food groups; exercise moderately
4. Type AB - combines A and B in both benefits and patterns of intolerance; relaxation exercises recommended
We understand that dieting is difficult. Having gone through the process ourselves (on many occassions, I might add), finding the right diet program is essential to losing weight and, more importantly, keeping the weight off.
